Cedarfield residents recently celebrated “Active Aging Week,” by participating in new and creative forms of exercise. Zumba, line dance and a special belly dance class were all big hits! Wellness and Leisure hosted a friendly competition during the week to encourage the community to engage in different classes and activities.
